Thomas K. Douglas, 62, died Monday at Crouse Hospital.  Thomas resided in Syracuse for most of his life and grew up on the North side.  He was a 1969 graduate of Henninger High School.  Thomas was employed as a mechanic for Greyhound in Syracuse for 20 years.  He was an avid supporter of the Oneida Indian Nation.  Thomas enjoyed playing golf and driving his mustang.  He loved his family and was well known for his generosity.

             He was predeceased by his parents and by a sister, Betty Hill. 

Thomas is survived by three children: Tina (Bobby Boyer) Cerelli, Brian (Michelle) Douglas, all of Syracuse, and Gerald Douglas of Kirkville;  a sister: Lillian Schilling of North Syracuse;  one brother: Gary (Trudy) Douglas of Syracuse;  and two granddaughters, Elisabeth and Naomi Fowler, whom he adored.
